After “My rapist still goes here. Will no one listen to me?” was written in large chalk letters on my campus I started a campaign to change sexual assault reporting practices. Within two weeks I had collected 1000 physical and electronic signatures. I met with my university president and negotiated terms throughout the semester and since then all demands have been met.
